Individual Counseling (White Rock/South Surrey location only)

Includes an assessment (1 hr in person), a complete dietary analysis with recommendations, a teaching session (1 hr in person) and a follow up 3-4 weeks later (1/2 hr phone).

Additional follow up sessions available in person.

Weight Loss Coaching (White Rock/South Surrey location only)

A 4-month package including an assessment, food diary analysis and teaching session (in person). Also, includes one ½ hr phone follow up session every month for 4 months. This plan is suited to people who need more accountability and coaching.

Seminars (available in Vancouver and lower mainland areas)

Presentations can be informal (round table discussion) or formal (Power Point presentation with handouts). Types of seminars offered: Healthy Eating 101, Fueling for Sport, Eating for a Healthy Heart.

Additional topics available upon request.

Family Plan (White Rock/South Surrey locations only)

An 'in your home' teaching session for the whole family. Each member will set individual goals and take responsibility for tasks involved in improving the families eating habits.

Grocery Store Tours (White Rock/South Surrey locations only)

Individual 1-hour tour of 'your' grocery store. Ask all your questions, learn how to label read and feel confident in your food choices.
