A year before our wedding, my husband and I had some fitness goals we wanted to achieve prior to the Big Day. We both started working out more, but the results were not coming as fast as we had hoped. We thought we ate well, but felt we should get some input from a professional. We met Asia about 6 months before the wedding, and explained our goals: mine was to lose weight and tone up, my husband's was to decrease fat and increase muscle. Asia reviewed our eating habits and created a plan for each of us to follow. By the time our wedding came around, we were very pleased with the results. I was especially pleased in being able to lose 25 pounds, tone up, and need to have my wedding dress altered several sizes! We felt healthy, never deprived, and the healthy eating habits Asia taught us have carried on and will continue to be our new lifestyle. Asia was a fantastic support, both in the technical aspects of healthy eating, but also in understanding my emotional frustrations along the bumpy way. We were very happy with our decision to consult a nutritionist and Asia was the perfect fit. I have been back to her for additional support and advice now that I am pregnant with our first child...this new addition will also benefit from the healthy choices Asia taught us!

I have always known that nutritious food choices and exercise was the key to good health, but I did not realize how important it was to control my portion sizes and to work out efficiently. Asia taught me easy ways to cook for one person, as well as countless healthy snack tips. For the first time, I truly enjoy eating healthy food. She also gave me recommendations for my weight lifting program that allowed me to achieve the results I was looking for without having to spend countless hours at the gym.
